- Kevin BJocelyn helped us remodel our kitchen and dining room. Due to the number of doorways into other rooms, the design was a challenge but with her skills at using her design software and persistence she ended up with a design that we love and also fit our budget. We purchased cabinets, flooring, sink & faucet, tile and countertop through her and were happy with all of the transactions as well as the product. As we went through the process Jocelyn came to understand the styles we liked and helped us through the many design choices by narrowing down our options. While we were always able to deviate from those options, when we did we always came back to one of her suggestions. She was very responsive and kept the project moving, even though we were doing this during the COVID pandemic. We are more than happy with our new kitchen and can't imagine doing a project like this without her help! Thanks Jocelyn!
- Jerry TFrom the very beginning Jocelyn was able to see the big picture from our small ideas. Jocelyn was eager to answer all of our questions no matter how small or trivial they were to the overall project. She was as excited and proud of watching the project come together as we were and her experience and sense of style shows through. Jocelyn was and is an excellent working partner for both the experienced and inexperienced homeowner wanting to remodel or update their kitchen or bath. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a honest, hardworking, super easy to get along with designer to contact Jocelyn Pankey. They will be glad that they did. Jerry & Cheryl Dewitt IA.
- Jean FJocelyn has the foresight and imagination like no one I've ever worked with before. I have had pleasure of re-doing the kitchen in every home I've lived in (6 in total). While the latest one is not the largest, she found a way to make it feel bigger, and I've even got a couple of empty cabinets and drawers. She had creative ways to solve problems, and even suggested things that would make my live easier with the re-design. There were design elements that I'd have NEVER thought of that totally made the difference in the look and feel of my new kitchen. She worked very well with my contractor. He was relieved to learn that she had thought of everything and he didn't have to fix a single design flaw. Next on our home improvement is the master bath, and I'm thinking I'll have her help me design my office space and TV media area as well. If you are thinking "But she's not in town, it's too far to drive", let me tell you, it's worth the trip to her shop. Go talk to her, you'll see. This g...
